    few things

    first your playing 1.6 . source is where its at tbh

    2nd it looks like Fbi clan is Spanish so im going to guess its a Spanish server hence the reason for your ping.

    or it could be the eircom interleaving thing as they are updating to 7 meg the only way to fix it is downgrade.

    Tried playing on any uk servers??

    Yes, but downgrading moves You from 24:1 to 48:1 contention, therefore bigger slow downs in the evening depending on how busy your exchange is
