O2 Internet - Quick Question

Hi all, Recently moved to O2 and got a Nokia E51. If I try and go online I get three options for the connection: O2 Internet,O2 MMS and O2 WAP - any difference in these at all? I assume the first is 3G so guessing it will be faster? Many thanks!:)

o2 internet doesn't use a proxy, o2 wap does and o2 mms is for picture messages, not web browsing. Use o2 internet
