Dunno. Please be aware that MultiTheftAuto doesn't run with no-cd cracks, so if it needed the cd to run the game, you'll need the cd to run MTA.

I had the MP mod running with a no-cd crack. And it ran fine.

Cool. It didn't work for me, citing the use of a crack, so I just used the DVD to play it.
