MAzDA Oil leak :confused:

    A friend of mine called over the other day with an unusual oil leak on his 03 Mazda 6 2l turbo diesel. he thought it was his turbo but after looking at it, the oil leak was nowhere near the turbo. from what i could see its between the engine and the bulkhead the leak however was on the right hand side of the engine near the air filter box. i couldn't see much there with all the plastic covers so just wondering what would cause this ?? does the oil travel over near the air box in these cars for cooling ?? its definitely oil as all other fluids were full and the oil was the only one that was low. it did pass the NCT this week with this problem and emissions were fine.
    any ideas??

    It could be an oil feed for the turbo or any number of things.

    Well, if there's one car you absolutely can take no oil feed chances on, it's a Mazda 6.
