What about boards starting there own running club, we train seperately but organise outr sessions here. For example tunney can tell us what speed sessions to do,…

Anyone can join, the more the merrier, we have all standards at the club and it's nice to have familiar faces at races that you can chat to, there's also a training session on Saturdays in the phoenix park.

Thanks for that Woddle, Its good to know that you dont have to be Usain Bolt to join! Still have some small niggles from the marathon that are wrecking my head at the moment so may wait til 2010 to join..
