Hi. I bought a succulent plant (in a glass pot) from Marks and Spencers two years ago. I know absolutely nothing about plants etc, but I'm wondering if anyone knows anything about these plants. They seem to be growing well, occasionally going very red at the stems and the lower larger 'leaves' are falling off and withering, but there are lots of newer leaves sprouting at the top. Just wondering if this is normal and also, should I transplant to a bigger pot? If so, how do I do this? I'm also wondering if they're supposed to flower
