    Hi Folks.

The company I worked for went into liquidation last friday. Bummer. I was wondering if anyone knew or has suggestions where a person with an Environmental Science degree should go to look for work-Iv'e tried lots of places but Im missing the mark.

Things like water quality-maybe i should move to Galway!-, soil sampling, Environmental Impact Assessments, river sampling, pollution monitoring etc.

Ive had no joy with the Fisheries, NPWS or councils. I would love to start doing these things for myself on a small income scale, but wouldn't know how to go about it.

    ANY suggestions would be great.

    Thanks people.

    Dunford

Would anyone have any advice (where to look etc) for someone trying to find an environmental job that would involve more of the documentation side of things (less field work)?

    Hi,

I am planning on emigrating as I have spent the last 3 months looking for environmental work to no avail. I was just looking for a bit of advice as to which countries would be the dest to look into. I specialise in environmental monitoring particularly. Thanks in advance
