I fail to see how anyone here would like, let alone love this thread.

All it shows is we're banging our heads against a brick wall when it comes to neutering, licensing, chipping & responsible ownership while there are people like this around.

If the OP of the other thread (and some of the idiot's that have replied) is telling the truth, then great, he's just another idiotic, completely irresponsible dog owner. not neutered and letting the dog wander so he is a hazard to other dogs, traffic, dog walkers and himself as well if he gets killed by a car, shot by a farmer or put down in a pound.
