    hmmm

McCain seems to be attacking through sentimentality more then anything.

But he did drop *class warfare* into the debate...

WHOOT IRELAND MENTIONED BY McCAIN AGAIN! (wrong figure again!)

Macain stole obama'a scalpal and not a hatchet line

Scheiffer is doing a decent job of actually keeping them remotely on topic this time. I think McCain is getting some decent jabs in, but Obama still had a better presence.

I wish Obama would point out that €3m for a planetarium projector is a perfectly reasonable price. Its not a bloody overhead projector.

Have to admit that "if you wanted to run against George Bush, you should have run four years ago" was funny ...

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,154 ✭✭✭✭Neil3030

BAM, that was a pretty decent, albeit prepared, shot: "I am not Bush, if you wanted to run against Bush, you should have run 4 years ago..."

McCain is doing better on the economy than the other 2 debates.

Mad Men's Don Draper : What you call love was invented by guys like me, to sell nylons.

Did McCain just go for a knockout line? "I am not George W. Bush...". That was good from McCain.

Obama: "We have been living beyond our means"...

The last poor c*nt that said those words is still regretting it and he died 2 years ago!

Mc Cain sounds very desparate, he sounds like someone on The Apprentice who has been given the impression he is just about to be fired...

BTW, our Corporation Tax rate is 12.5%, not 11%!

It was nice to see McCain laugh when Obama mentioned FOX News....

Mc Cain is on form tonight ,Obama is looking uncertain.
Nedd the host to throw some curve balls to both sides.

That was a good section from McCain there. He came across very well and seemed to have a good number of points to throw out. He's definitely doing better in this debate then in the previous two.

Macain stole obama'a scalpal and not a hatchet line

Sounds more to me like they need an angle grinder or a chainsaw to sort out their deficit...

McCain's winning this debate by not being afraid to be confrontational, Obama needs to drop the Mr. Nice Guy act imo.

Think what he said was that he vigorously opposed the tactics used in Iraq, though I don't know how true that is either.

Good answer from McCain again there. Shame for him he didn't do this in the first debate.

Obama won the last two debates by not being confrontational so I'd imagine this will end the same way.
