Government bank bailout

    So, we are told for months we must all tighten our belts by the government, that cutbacks will have to be endured and, yet, we can suddenly conjure *** million euro to bail out the banks. Am I the only one who sees the stinker this is? No money for the people but lots for the people who put us in this state by their own greed?

    I bet There woint be too much tightning of belts by the ministers, they will keep getting fatter.Maybe they could make a start by cutting back on their spending e.g merc state cars and cut down on their waistfull spending.
