kEV YOUR A LUCKBOX ,You busted my aces with KQ off after a pf raise out of pos and i watched for a while after that and anytime any1 got a hand you either had a big pair or AQ , AK v middle pairs and you hit ,and then yur middle pairs were holding up all the time against big aces. Its an easy game when you run like that.
    Congrats and goodluck .

Hi we updated our security software a few weeks ago and had to reset a certain amount of passwords, we emailed anyone that was affected with an automated password, once you got your password you were able to reset back to your old one.
You should have got this email but if for any reason you didn’t you can contact our customer support department and the guys will sort it out there and then, the direct line to them is 016510224.
All you need for the support is the sports book name you registered with and the email address also.
I hope this helps any other problems feel free to pm me anytime or email me.

Hi it’s not uncommon for any site to put a limit on the minimum amount of players required before a satellite can go ahead ,for our launch tourney satellite it is 10 ,sorry for any inconvenience caused to our players

If you click on the go to tournament button on the cancelled tournament you wanted to play it will bring you to the tournament info page it says players 50-600.
If you click the tournament info button before you play any tourney it will tell you how many are required before any tourney will start,
    I hope this helps
    Regards Paul

how many was there for the satilite? if the was 7or 8 i might try next sunday. they should really gaurantee a seat next sunday no matter how many players or people will start withdrawing their cash. or change the satilite just to 10seater sngs.no point having them mtts as they wont make the 20players.
or was it a rebuy? i didnt see yet as my login isnt working.
im going to play the satililte in cork thurs night anyway, hopefully there will be 2 tickets there.

    Hi Paul / Nicky,

I'm working off a bonus on another couple of sites so dont particularly want to deposit on Bruce for a while yet. Just so i'm 100% sure, i only need to open an account to play any game bar the freeroll is it?

I cant play the main event but wouldnt mind playing the Friday and Sunday eve games. If i was to deposit and try to qualify online and won a sat into the ME, would i able to swap a Main Event ticket for an entry into the Fri and Sun games or would i have to either play or forfeit the ticket? Cheers

    Tony

    Hi tony
yea that’s no problem you can change it
There is a satellite to the Friday game on Wednesday also at 8.
You need to open an account to play all the games & in order to win any of the free trips you must have a real money account with at least 50 euro in it
    hope this helps .
    Regards Paul

    Ive a couple of questions.....

1.) I opened a sportsbook account but it wouldnt let me deposit with my laser? I rang cust support and they said it was a problem with my bank which I found strange. If I deposit in a shop can I then transfer the money from sportsbook to poker acc?

2.) Is there any shops in the city centre? I work in Grand Canal dock. Where is the closest? I cant access your site from work thats why I ask.

3.) To qualify for the freeroll and raffle prizes, do you just have to have deposited €50? So, I deposit €120 in the shop and register for the Friday tourney, am I now eligible for both of the above or do I need to deposit again?

4.) In the unlikley event of cashing in the tournament? Do I get cash or money into my Acc?

    Thanks in advance......

    Thanks in advance!

Does the 50 Euro have to be on your Sportsbook account or is poker account ok too? (Reason I'm asking such a seemingly stupid question is when I signed up for the festival, was told my money had to be on Sportsbook account rather than poker).

    Hi eoghan104,

    To answer your questions:
1.)You can transfer from sportsbook to poker if you deposit in a shop, could you email support@brucepoker.com regarding your laser query and I will try to fix it?

2.)The closest shop we have to the city centre is in rathmines, here is the full address:
121 Lower Rathmines Road, Rathmines, Dublin 6

3.)To be eligble for the raffle prizes you must have or played with 50 euro in your poker acccount, we will be able to check this as you sign in on the day to enter you in the draws.

4.)All winnings will be paid out on the day in cash.

I hope this answers most of your queries and I hope to be hearing from you soon regarding your laser card issue.

    Hi doke,

The 50 euro must be in the your poker account, the reason the payment for the tickets had to be in your sportsbook acount was that it is easier to pay directly into the business account throught the sportsbook.

    Hi

I signed up today to Bruce. There is a site maintenance notice on the homepage at the moment but I was able to register and start playing. One question :- If i get disconnected during a game, am I automatically kicked off the table?? It happened three times in first ten mins (I understand the maintenance is prob causing this) but I expected to be sitting at the same table when I was reconnected?? Am I missing something?

    Ta.

edit to say. contacted support and they say there is nothing wrong with the poker software. I downloaded the software (rather than using browser to play) and I get 2-5 hands before I get kicked out again - losing connection. Course the last hand I turned the nuts !!!! I am using ntl wireless broadband (never a problem with other sites). Any help would be grateful.

    Hi careca,

What I would recommend would be a test. If it is possible to try our poker software on the ntl wireless and phone line broadband. If the problem is still happening with both networks then we could look into it further but I was speaking to the guys in support and was told they checked your hand history where you were timed out and disconnected from the tables.
From the information I got from support and yourself I think the 2 network test should be able to answer some questions.
    Regards,

Thanks for the reply. I dont have a phoneline but I might try the ntl cable (ie not use the wireless router). I am surprised though as I have played on many sites using it and never had a problem. I had to leave it in the end as I got about five/six hands no problem, then in the middle of a big hand (with the nuts of course) I lose the connection. I contacted your support and they were very good, but I can't seem to pinpoint the problem. Pity as the software looks v good.
