can any body get me any decent broadband!!!!!

I live in brookville park black rock. Maybe my house is too old to get a good telephone line. eircom can not set up a dsl for me, include ntl utv esat bt. And I ask for a new line ,they can not grantee It works......But all my neighbers they got eircom brandband, exclude me....I have called them many times about this…

and another bad news is that the trees in front of my house block all wireless broadband signal.... Only broadband I can apply is breeze,, but they told me that Itis too many to give one in my area!!
who can help me plz
