I moved recently to a new house. I got Eircom line connected today. I was told the my line is good for 1mg broadband only. I need to find alternative faster service. I was thinking of :
1- NTL wireless or 2- Vodafone 3G usb modem.
I use Voip alot.

Any recommendations?

I'd recommend ntl as it must be a much better service than mobile broadband

Oh . I called NTL and they don't offer Broadband in Youghal
Any body aware of similar service?

1M DSL is much better than 3G/HSDPA mobile.

VOIP only need 100k, but needs reliable and low latency connection. DSL, not Mobile will give that.

So that's why my 3G broadband is crap speed, when people are hogging the bandwidth using skype! :mad:
