west cork beaches

hey, i've been surfing west cork beaches for nearly 2 yrs now and i'm still not really sure which beach is best in which tide... i roughly know what tides garretstown inchadoney and castlefreke work best under but dont know anything for sure.. any help? oh and what diresting is garretsown facing?
