NTL waterford

    Im on 10mb ntl in waterford as you probably would have guessed from the thread name, but basically my nets been really weird all day. Hardly any pages would load and when I tried to download a file after taking about 10 minutes for the page to load I was getting a 5kb/s download.
    Well right now it's usable but I did a test on speedtest.net and i'm only getting 6mb down. It has happend before that I didn't get my full download speed BUT the difference was it was really unstable so I figured they were just doing work on it or something and it would come back...and it did. But what's different this time is that it's 100% stable. Seems like i've just actually been downgraded or something.
    So yeah basically anyone know what this is about? and if anyone else on 10mb ntl is only getting 6mb down too or is it just me.
