I'm doing my research project for Leaving Cert History on The Howth Gun Running in July 1914.

I've found one or two sources:

John Redmond and Irish Unity 1912-1918 (Joseph P Finnan)

Easter 1916: the Irish Rebellion (Charles Townshend)

Howver, google keeps directing me to a direct source, The Howth Gun-Running and the Kilcoole Gun-Running, 1914. MARTIN, F.X, but I find this book impossible to find anywhere...

Any help or other books about the topic?

You could look in the books you already have for the sources they used and use them in the project. Helped me when i did my own in 06.
Alternatively you could try a library and you could ask a librarian for suggestions they should be able to help you. Good luck with the project.
