kubadeh meal in zaytoon

anyone know the ingredients in a kubadeh meal in zaytoon. its some kind of flat bread ( im not sure what kind), with minced beef with spices( that i dont know), and tomato puree sauce( but different from regular tomato puree. Id be greatful to anyone who can advise how i can replicate the food at home

Google koobideh for lots of recipes for the kebab. The bread was probably khoubz or lavash.
