I know of a developer that sold 9 houses lately to his local authority.
We reckon he made about 20k profit.
At the time of building,he wanted 90 to 100k profit.

Regarding the budget : 2 billion in extra taxes is it? Tough that.
I suppose it buys time for them to trim the public service and gain it that way if they have the balls!
