Can anyone please tell me the true cost for an employer when paying their employee, for example,

In the construction industry, a fully qualified craftsperson is paid approx. € 18.60/hour before tax. My question is what is the true cost for the employer ( per hour ) when you add on prsi payments, insurance, holiday pay , pension contributions, any employer contributions, does anyone know the true/final cost per hour?

Thanks in advance, hope it makes sense.

    Gross € 18.60

    Employers PRSI 10.75% =€ 1.99
    Holiday Pay is one and a half days a month. ((18.60 X 12) / 30)) €7.44

Pension and Insurance depend on the policies in place. I'm not even going to hazard a guess and pension schemes are tax efficient anyway.
