THFC operate a five tier membership scheme known as One Hotspur. The entire scheme includes season ticket holders (STHs) in addition to those who were previously referred to as club members.

Three of the five tiers of the One Hotspur scheme are for STHs only:

Platinum Home ST combined with an away season ticket and the home cup guarantee scheme.

Gold Home ST combined with the home cup guarantee scheme.

    Silver Home ST only.

A home ST allows the holder access to all 19 home league ties, plus the first 2 home cup ties (if none are played then a refund is issued). The home cup guarantee scheme automatically issues ticket for further home cup ties, and debits one's credit card accordingly. The away ST allows the holder access to all 19 away league ties, plus the first 2 away cup ties. In addition, the away ST includes an away cup guarantee scheme for subsequent away cup ties that operates in the same way as the home cup guarantee

The remaining two tiers of One Hotspur are for non-STHs:

Bronze Allows access to tickets for home league/cup ties (including a limited priority over Silver members) and includes the holder on the ST waiting list. In addition, Bronze members are afforded access to a number of multi-ticket packages (one ticket for a "package" of fixtures well before tickets are released for those fixtures)

Lilywhite Allows access to tickets for home league/cup ties.

There are a number of other benefits of the entire scheme such as discounts in the club shop etc etc but for the main part what concerns people is their ability to purchase tickets for fixtures, both home and away. I'll try to explain the process in the next few posts.

    Ticket sales

STHs are guaranteed their specific seat for all 19 home league ties (plus the first 2 home cup ties), for subsequent home cup ties Platinum and Gold members are debited automatically for their seat, and Silver members are given a limited window of priority to purchase their own seat (usually 1 or 2 days)

Taking in to account our 23,000 STHs, the 3,000 tickets we allocate to travelling fans, and club guests, corporates etc, there are approximately 7-8,000 seats available for sale for any home fixture at White Hart Lane (plus any unsold ST seats for cup games). The process for their sale is as follows:

Day 1 A small number of tickets (usually 1,000) are made available to Bronze members only.
Day 2 The remaining tickets are made available to all Bronze and Lilywhite members.
Day 10 All members, including STHs, are entitled to purchase 1 guest ticket*, subject to availability.
Day 11 Unsold tickets are released for general sale.

    * guest tickets purchased may not necessarily be beside the seat you have purchased during the member's sale. To request 2 seats beside each other, the member must phone the ticket office and request that their own seat be moved to beside their guest, possibly incurring a higher ticket price if that involves a move to another part of the stadium. It is not possible to request the move online.

The time allowed for the sale of cup tickets is usually much shorter, and there is no priority window for Bronze members in that case.

Tickets can be purchased online, over the phone on +44 207 998 1068 or in person from the Paxton Road ticket office.

Note: members are entitled to purchase 1 ticket per membership during the members priority window, then 1 guest ticket per membership during guest day sales

    Away fixture ticket sales

Tickets for all away fixtures are allocated on the basis of loyalty (see below for an explanation of the club loyalty scheme), though the club do take some tickets from our official allocation for sale as part of official club travel packages . Priority is given to STHs over Bronze/Lilywhite members in all cases. The same applies to any cup ties played in neutral venues.

The club usually announce a deadline for all STHs to apply for away tickets, when that expires applications from Bronze and Lilywhite members are accepted up to a 2nd deadline, then unsold tickets are sold on general sale. Bronze and Lilywhite members may apply before the ST deadline has expired, but their application will not be processed until after it has expired.

Applications may be made online or by post. STHs must submit the correct ST voucher if applying by post, Bronze/Lilywhite members by submitting the away match application form (which should have been included with your renewal pack). Applications cannot be submitted over the phone (though a call followed by a faxed application may be allowed).

If a fixture is oversubscribed then tickets are allocated on the basis of loyalty points, with those on the highest points being allocated tickets.

    Loyalty points

Loyalty points are allocated in a number of ways. STHs receive a set number for renewing their ST every year, but do not receive points for attending fixtures included as part of the ST. They do receive LPs for attending extra cup games, and all away fixtures.

Bronze and Lilywhite members receive LPs for renewing their memberships, and for all games they attend, home and away.

The number of LPs allocated for home ties depends on the match category as decided by the ticket office.

    Cat A games = 1 LP
    Cat B games = 3 LP
    Cat C games = 5 LP

For league ties the relevant categories are listed here

While the club does not strictly apply the category system to away fixtures, they do award 1, 3, or 5 LPs for each game depending on opponent/demand/distance to be travelled. The decision making process on that can be odd, Chelsea @ Stamford Bridge gets only 1 LP but rarely sells out, while Leverkusen in the Uefa Cup two seasons ago was oversubscribed by 8,000 applications but got 5 LPs

LPs are carried over on a rolling basis for 8 years.

LPs cannot be transferred between STs and Bronze/Lilywhite memberships as the two schemes are entirely separate. That means that points accrued as a member are lost if one purchases a ST, and if one steps down from STH to ordinary member.

    Ticket exchange scheme

STHs and Bronze members who have purchased multi-ticket packages are entitled to sell tickets for home games they cannot attend through the clubs ticketing site. The club will only activate the ticket exchange scheme for a specific fixture if the game is announced as sold out, however tickets can be "released" by the member before that point in anticipation.

The club resells the released tickets at face value (plus the usual booking fees), and then refunds between 75-85% of the price to the seller, keeping the remainder as an admin fee. If the seat is resold, the STH must submit the relevant voucher for the game to claim their refund (Bronze members presumably return their match ticket to do the same)

Platinum members receive an 85% rebate on resold tickets.
Gold members receive an 80% rebate.
    Silver/Bronze members receive a 75% rebate.

The rebate can be made to the members credit card, or held as credit for the following year's ST renewal.

For members wishing to access the ticket exchange scheme to purchase tickets for a game, login to the club's online ticket office, click on the buy/apply link for the relevant fixture and below the displayed stadium map you should see the following:
TicketExchange tickets may be available for this area. Click here

Click on the "click here" bit and any tickets available for resale will be listed.

hi guys, just a quickie regarding the one hotspur membership, i recently purchased the bronze membership for the 11 to 16 age range for my son, but hes not actually 11 till next january, my question is will this affect me getting tickets for him? Do they check for proof of age or anything like that? Thanks in advance.
I should explain my reasons for not getting the younger membership, despite the fact its free you have to give credit card details and unlike the older membership you cant do it through direct debit and i wont have a credit card for a while yet.
