    Didn't see any thread like this before, so I thought I'd post it.

    Who is your favourite digital artist out there?

    For me, it's nopattern (Chuck Anderson).

    He has a very distinctive style, which I've noticed has been copied in several ad posters and magazine covers.

    I've been a fan of his a few years. Even got one of his prints. I love how detailed and random, yet how well all the different elements go together. I particularly like his use of colour.

    So who else out there, do people consider to be their favourite digital artists?

    a guy was showing me stuff off DeviantArt, raving about martha something or other, may be a long shot but any chance anyone would know who i'm talking about? writes articles for magazines, seems well known.

    Personally im not a fan of the above montage like imagery that is flooded everywhere today, I don't think it takes in any design values and ultimately it will age badly. It seems a bit photoslop-tastic for my taste. Simplicity for me, but I love illustration and concept artists. Bobby chiu on youtube is inspirational as an illustrator. I could talk for hours about this...
