3 bedroom anything Melbourne, please?

Does anyone have a 3 bedroom house/apartment or whatever that they plan to move out of in the next month around the melbourne city area or know anyone who is.

Failing that, could anyone recommend a good letting agency they have used that could possibly track one down for me.

Specifics are 3 bedroom, within reach of the city, nice. Thats it. Dosnt have to be furnished etc.

Any help would be much appreciated:D:D:D:D:D

Yeah kind of, to be honest. But we were looking for a place with furniture. If you don't have furn it'll be a lot easier.
