e50 problem

just got a nokia e50, and i won't recognize any numbers from my contacts on both text and incoming calls... really annoying.. any ideas? i dont have any duplicate numbers or anything, all are on the phone moved from my sim and tried putting 353 in front of the numbers too to no avail....
