Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

    I got a quick question.

A friend of mine is a bit lazy, and this fellow sold a car.

He forgets to send in the "Registration of Sales" , insurance and the such papers in regards of this sale.

As I understand, you have 10(?) days to send these papers in, if you sell a car, but what happens if you as the seller forgets to send these papers?

E.g. If the buyer crashes, does something illegal and so on, who will be accountable?

    Many Thanks

The onus is on the seller to send in the change of ownership forms. Failure to do so will result in all fines / parking tickets etc.. being levied on the current owner and not the new owner.
