Not a fan of leben since ultimate fighter so i hope bisping destroys him! Cant believe that im actually up for an english man. Bisping should be too fast for leben or indeed any fighter at that weight. Heres hoping anyway.

Its actually a tough enough card to call for me! Anyways, winners and reasons!

Michael Bisping Vs. Chris Leben - Bisping Rd 3 TKO

Leben has a head of granite but Bisping has the speed, even more so in his new weight class. If Bisping treats this fight as he did his fights at 205, sticks and moves, uses his improved speed and head work to stop Leben getting off on him then i think he can wear Leben down, land that kick or knee that he needs to wobble him and then land enough for the ref to step in.

Keith Jardine Vs. Brandon Vera - Vera Round 2 KO

Whats worse than calling a fight between two great fighters? Calling a fight between two inconsistant ones. Jardine works great game plans, uses the tools he knows he has to great affect. Vera is one of those guys with so much natural ability it is almost upsetting but was maybe lacking it mentally up till now.

I expect a great show for Keith but i think Vera will get his awkward timing down and finish him in the second.

Rameau Sokoudjou Vs. Luiz Cane - Cane Win via 3rd Round TKO

I'm with Mark on this one. Soko got some nice wins in Pride but i don't think that is equating to what he is actually capable of. Cane will outwork him and survive his game until rattling him and finishing him off.

Paul Taylor Vs. Chris Lytle - Lytle Decision

Once again i'm with Mark, Lytle by decision after an exciting back and forth fight.

Paul Kelly Vs. Marcus Davis - Davis Rd Two Sub

Davis is a great talent and a matured fighter from when i first heard of him. He'll outstrike Kelly then work in his ground game and sub him in the second after Kelly rattles him.


Dan Hardy Vs. Akihiro Gono - Dan Hardy Rd 1 KO

Hardy is gonna land one of his hard shots and boom, good night Gono.

Shane Carwin Vs. Neil Wain - Carwin TKO 2nd

I think Carwin is taking this one early. From interviews i really like Wain and his attitude but i don't think he has what it takes at the moment.

Jess Liaudin Vs. David Bielkheden - Bielkheden Rd 3 Submission

I think Jess will do well and survive things that maybe he shouldn't but eventually he'll get caught.

Sam Stout Vs. Terry Etim - Etim Round 2 KO

The return of Stout? I don't it, he'll have a good first and then get put away.

David Baron Vs. Jim Miller Baron

I don't know enough about either fighter to call this one i fear.

Per Eklund Vs. Samy Schiavo - Eklund by Sub in the 1st.

I want to see Samy win but something is telling me it won't happen.

Michael Bisping Vs. Chris Leben - Leben KO. I just have a feeling on this. Leben hits harder and has a granite chin. Bisping is quicker and argubly more technical but i think it could come down to one shot.

Keith Jardine Vs. Brandon Vera - Vera 1st Round KO....hoping to Christ he lets his hands go too.

Rameau Sokoudjou Vs. Luiz Cane - Sokoudjou 1st Round KO, Cane may catch him though, Soku has shown a questionable chin before.

Paul Taylor Vs. Chris Lytle - Lytle 1st Round Submission...he'll have WAY too much for Taylor IMO.

Paul Kelly Vs. Marcus Davis - Davis via KO, he's back where he;s best...fighting UK guys who are that bit below him in quality.

Dan Hardy Vs. Akihiro Gono - Gono via Sub

Shane Carwin Vs. Neil Wain - not sure. Carwin has heavy hands though. I suppose I'll go with Carwin by KO.

Michael Bisping Vs. Chris Leben Bisping by decision

I've watched the previews and the weigh ins. Both have impressed me. I don't think there is a huge amount between them. I went with Bisping because I think he's got better kickboxing. I don't think he'll get his take down though.

Keith Jardine Vs. Brandon Vera Vera by TKO Round 2

Again I'm backing the technician. I think Vera's Thai is better. Presuming he comes in, in good condition, I think he'll find his range in the 2nd round and put Jardine away. But, Jardine wins the fights I expect him to lose.

Rameau Sokoudjou Vs. Luiz Cane Sokojudo by GnP round 2

I think Sokojudo will have a slow start but will put his boxing together in the 2nd round and then land the takedown and GNP finish.

Paul Taylor Vs. Chris Lytle Lytle by submission round 1

I think Lytle has too much quality and experience for Taylor, with the fight on the ground Lytle will bash out a TKO or sub.

Paul Kelly Vs. Marcus Davis Davis by TKO Round 1

Davis will pick Kelly apart.

Dan Hardy Vs. Akihiro Gono Gono by sub round 3

Gono is better, I think, he'll get the win.

I think Carwin is going to have WAY to much size and athleticism advantage over the Englander.

Both of these guys impressed me, firstly I think Jess's English is fantastic. Maybe he's french-canadian?

I think the wrestling will win this fight for Stout who will stay out of harms way in the form of Etims reach.
