Bury Uni Car Kit mic volume problem

Has anyone got one of these Bury kits? Everyone is complaining that they can't hear me very well and I've used it with 2 different phones. Is there a setting somewhere where I can adjust the mic volume? The mic is installed just below the rear view mirror. Thanks!
