Tarmac Thickness

shortly my drive willl be have tarmacadam laid 50mm thick. Is this sufficient. I'm not worried about cars and such, but the oil lorry will have to drive on to it to deliver heating fuel. There is a good depth of hardcore 1 to 1.5 feet under it. Any ideas?
