what is the law on fitting flashing l.e.d. lights behind my front grill bear in mind the colour is white and what other laws like this can be gotting around with lopolls.?

you must have a even ammount of lights . if your only going to be using them for shows and the like your fine but if your using them whilst its dark and your speeding up behind somone they will screw you over.

lots of laws can be gotton around due to loopholes however why would you want to get around a law. when there put in place to protect people not to keep people in there place.
