This is by no means a plug as im sure your already aware of the radio station being fulltime this year however have a look at www.belfieldfm.ie or Radio Link and tell me what you think could be done better? CHeers G

Why is the streaming bitrate so high? I'm seeing 759kb/s, which is about half the bitrate of CD-quality audio (2:1 compression). For speech and pop music you can compress much more than that. Also, the output level is very low, you may have a gain setting too low.
