whats that song "it takes too much to get it right"

    i've been looking on google and yahoo etc and cant find this song

    the lyrics at the start are stg like:

    "when i went running i went running i went running with a hurricanes sister"

    at the end its:

    "it takes too much to get it right it takes too much to get it right i'm underneath the ?????? ????? but it takes too much to get it right
    i know i'll change my mind but it takes too much to get it right"

    its an upbeat tune with some trumpets and the like
    heard it on the radio a few times but now cant find the name of it!
    its driving me nuts!

    savage cabbage my computers called FRED
    yeah i really like it, and was looking at the charts to find it,
    did it make top 10 ever?
