It';s the 30th November isn't it? I know it's usually the 29th August but when I went into the DCC at the end of September there was a notice saying it's pushed back til the end of November. Can't find anything on the net confirming this though. Have sent away for a few forms and statements to come back. Posting my…

Best to ask them directly. If they kick up a fuss mention how other councils have extended their dates.
