Philips HTS8100 Home Cinema System

Hi,

I'm thinking of buying the Philips soundbar.

The best price I've found so far is pixmania.ie (about €730 after I use a voucher code).

Id rather buy it in a shop in Dublin (in case there are any problems with the unit). Powercity have it for €879:

Does anyone know where else I can get this at a decent price?

Power City will match prices - though I'm not sure if this includes online.

Great advice - they did match the prices (saved myself about 200 blips).

What did you have to do for them to match the price

I sent them an email (through the powercity.ie site) with links to the items I wanted on pixmania.ie.

They rang me back the next morning and said they would match it (but include the pixmania delivery cost) - still worked out a lot cheaper.

one of the most useful things i've read on boards.. nicely done kenpo
