What do we type in for Username/Password cause Im confused with loggin into the pcs in dit and email...etc

is it username as in Smurphy or our student number like c08503241

is password our birthday example, 23041989?, or what?

User name is your student number anyway.

Not sure about the date of birth but i think its ddmmyy

Hi

webcourses.dit.ie user names are your student number
User names and passwords are case sensitive.
You put c08503241 in your post. This should be C08503241
i.e. Uppercase C, zero, eight etc.

The password for webcourses is the same password you use for your DIT student e-mail account.
If you never changed your password it is your date of birth in ddmmyyyy format. Note there are no separators.

You may change your password at http://mypassword.dit.ie which will change your password for e-mail, webcourses.dit.ie and other systems you may be using in DIT.

afaik all school of computing students get logins.

smart cards are only given out to regular users though.
