Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    We can use this thread as a platform to promote our own bands and discuss the hard rock/metal scene in Ireland.

    So...

    My band's name is Diesel Queen. Currently recording our second demo. The first one's okay, but it's nothing compared to the material we're recording and working on at the moment. If you fancy something that sounds a bit like Mastodon, Pantera and Metallica in a blender, check us out.

    Yeah, I know, but I intended this to be a little bit different...

    Basically, I think it'd be better if people actually followed the links that musicians have put up, listen to their stuff, then post what they think of it.
