it has been painfully slow and totally unusable for the last three nights and o2 have said it will take 5 days to have it investigated, three can sort their issues from india in 48hours but o2 in ireland take 5days to check one mast?

it looks like their HEAnet offer of cheap broadband for 10,000 students has affected the service more than expected especially in towns with large student populations
