A bit more detail:

Single room in house in Wellpark Grove, behind the Eye Cinema. About 5 minutes walk to GMIT art college or GCC, 10 minutes to GMIT, and 15 to city center (or a two minute walk to a bus into town). Sharing with two students and one professional. Big living room, backyard, oil heating, NTL on the way.
