The ref is completely choking this game, not helped by Simao and Garcia going down very easily.

Arbeloa and Benayoun have been terrible, but in contrast, Dossena & Riera have been v.good. Mascherano also playing v.well.

doesn't matter what rafa does people will always have a massive whinge even if we draw against Athletico Madrid Away - and we are still Equal on Points top of our champions league group and the Premier League.

Reira really doesnt know when to just cross it. Someone needs to tell him you dont actually have to beat a player before you cross it, you can just recieve the ball and hit.

If reira had of stayed on his feet he was one on one with the keeper.
Xabi took a couple of shots when there were better options.
Babel had a late header (which I missed) that I believe was from in and around the 6 yard box.
We shouldn't let players like simao walk in a score - in fact we're conceding way to many goals at the moment I reckon we're scoring plenty right now we need to keep some clean sheets.

Even ignoring the effect on the teams result, from his own pov he should be tucking it away instead of being a tool. If he was banging goals in left, right and centre and we were cruising at 3 or 4 nil then it's slightly excuseable. Things being the way they are he should not be passing up any chances.
