they seem to only have a roaming agreement for bill pay and it's €2.75 a minute

it says on the website that they have an agreement with Telecom Personal SA..tried accessing that to no avail with the only one picked up is Claro AR which isnt recieving any txts. Will have to mail 3 but was wondering if anyone was over in south america recently and used their mobiles to txt home..did it in brazil no probs but that was only through TIMS Brazil network ..they have no agreements with Peru,Boliva & New Zeland phone operators..what a joke..mite aswell be on the moon!
