Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have had several photobooks done by: http://www.cewe-photoworld.co.uk/photobook/

    Excellent quality and slick software.

I've often gotten them (and lots of other things) from shutterfly.com Very happy with the quality. I've never looked elsewhere though so I can't comment on how competitive they are pricewise.

Hey, I originally posted this for my girlfriend as she was looking into it last year and here is her feedback on the spectra experience:

    a. The book arrived weeks after it was due, thus being a very late birthday present
    b. I was billed twice for the book before I received it at all
    c. Everytime I emailed to ask about the delay and to try and get a refund, I got one-line replies and long delays, which was very frustrating. The reason (I learned later) is because Spectra have a company in Belgium who print the books and who were also dealing with customer service (or not, as the case may be)
    d. The quality of the printing was very good, and I was very satisfied with it
    e. When I phoned Spectra's head office in Kerry (weeks into the fiasco) to complain, they promptly and politely followed up on it and refunded my money immediately, without hassle.
From the time I ordered the book to the time I received it and my refund for incorrect billing, it was about ten weeks in total. I would hesitate before using the company again.
