Lost car tax renewal form.

Hi, i need to pay new car tax very soon, within the next wk or so, but i lost the renewal form. On that form there was a code for online applications. I've looked every where but cant find it. What do i do.

Dont worry darling, just phone the local tax office and they can send one out.

thanks mike. Will phone tomorrow, so i can try and sort out tax next wk. I think i've tues off from work. So thats an extra long wkend for me.
