Hi does anyone know the process for doing a credit card chargeback?

im so sick of the getting the run around for a duplicate transaction that
eflow took from my card that im just gona try the chargeback route.

Im persume just ring the credit card services with my bank and give
    em the details?

do they contact the company then and have to get
thier agreement before doing the chargeback or do they just tell them
    its being done?

any idea how long it usually takes?

    many thanks

Contact your credit card issuer's helpline. You may have to fill in a form.

The bank send the chargeback to eflows credit card merchant provider, who will then let eflow know. eflow have the chance to contest it if they wish.

Timeframes vary, so nothing can be guaranteed.
