Engine Transplant Insurance?

Just wondering has anyone experience in getting insurance on a transplanted engine? I'm aware an engineer has to give the all clear etc. Was it very difficult to get insured after that? Im seriously considering a MR2 Mk1.5 (3S-GTE) sometime in the future... Any info appreciated.
