    Hi Lads and Lassies,

    A Friday funtime teaser.

    I have a company registered in Ireland it has two Irish directors, yet it's 100% owned by a company registered and trading in the USA.

    Can the Irish Company claim audit exemption in Ireland. It is not a regulated industry, not limited by gaurantee or a charity. It does fulfill the other criteria, thresholds etc
