slow download speeds on 3 broadband

260 kb/s seems to be the normal download speeds i'm getting on the 3 network even though i have full signal.Is there any settings i can change. I've been downloading a film from utorrent for 5 days and i'm only at 68.8%.:confused: thanks for any help

A few points,

*Wrong forum
*That's better then what most people get on a 3g modem
*Its not a broadband line ffs, Christ have you thought what your bill's going to cost?
