Saw that this morning. Madness!! You could spend hours wathcing you tube. Type in bad parking.

It sort of happened down the south west during the floods recently. Not quite a torrent like that but the manhole covers popped up and washed off down the streets. Some woman fell into one because she didnt know it had washed away.

Unlucky.
