Pumpkin Pie anyone?

Does anybody have a recipe for this? There's loads on the net but they're all using a can of pumpkin puree and I'd like to do it using fresh pumpkin. If anybody has an Irish version of this or link to one I'd be greatful!

You can make your own Pumpkin Puree by cutting the punpkin in chunks and sprinkle it with sugar, then roast it in the oven for about 45 mins. Once roasted pass the Pumpkn through a sieve.
