Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What happens if i dont pick up the Jobseekers?

Hey all, If I am told I claim Jobseekers every Wednesday, am I able to claim it on another day? For example if I am sick (which I am atm) am I able to pick it up on Thursday or Friday?

Certainly up until Friday it can be collected, in some cases until the following Tuesday.

If it's not picked up it goes back to the DSW and you will most likely be interviewed as to why you didn't pick it up, and may effect your future payments.
