House Radiators ????????

hey does anybody know any one in dublin north that can service a boiler and radiators ??? basically at max temperature and it just cuts the sharpness out of the cold , was told they might need to be ballanced ??? anyway with new lodgers arriving soon was hoping somebody might know somebody ????? the radiators heat up but…

might just need to be bled.
Are they hotter at the pipes than they are at the top middle?
= need to be bled

Are the cold in the middle in a triangle shape?
= full of crap and need to be replaced of cleaned with pressure (might as well replace!)

Is it better to bleed them when hot ot cold. I think hot, but confirmation would be cool.
