Soldering the d2pro9 modchip?

Hi guys I am thinking about ordering the d2pro9 modchip. I will have my dad do the soldering as he i pretty good at soldering but does anybody have a guide to where it has to be soldered to. I want him to have a quick look before I order it and find out he can't solder it. Thanks
