High Temp. Tape

The chimney pipes on brothers oil burner (outdoor) were put on upside down and rain water is able to run down outside of chimney pipe and into burner, anyone know if there is any tape that can withstand the heat that I could use to seal it. Thanks in advance Joe

Don't know of any tape but soudal make a fire silicone (b1 fr) designed for high movement joints that might do the trick. Its packaged as a tube for mastic guns

In work we use High Temperature Silicone manufactured by Loctite. It's good for 350 degrees C. See details here (page 13 of 26) :
